Dear Ruth,

I hate these postal owls, they delivered me the letter faster than I sent you ( in hindsight do tell me what service you used for sending the letter). I am glad you remember me, and the worst has happened here, there is a dog in the house, and She has named her Doggo, ooh how much I feel the burn, I only know. Doggo is about my size only but he eats like a monster. I heard her saying that she had brought Doggo from the street as he was not able to fend off for himself, so the mad human has entrusted me with the duty to train Doggo for survival. I just wish I could, he is all muscle and no brain, way too goofy to understand the art of silence and stealth.

Anyways, other than my torment, there is some good news, it seems both our humans have made contact with each other, I could overhear them talking about stuff, and some nice words about you as well. Turns out, I coming near you soon, and Doggo will be there too, we will no longer have to use the slow owls to send our letters. We will meet soon again.

PS. I still hate my hooman.

Love,
Catty
