Mental Health Resources

As mental health professionals, we see a significant deficit in the access and availability of mental health resources. Even more importantly, access to verified and useful resources. This page is our way to bridge that gap. To create tools and resources that all of us can use in our day-to-day lives and support ourselves in our journeys.

IMPORTANT NOTE– These resources are only meant for educational and learning purposes. It is our way of giving people some support and validation in these trying times. These are in NO WAY a replacement for mental health care. If you are in need of professional assistance for your mental health, do reach out to a qualified professional who can support your needs.

THERAPEUTIC ALLY

In the second wave of the pandemic, there has been a significant increase in people requiring support for their mental health. With the rise of an issue like this, and mental health professionals being spread thin, we have curated a workbook with the intention of making every person a supportive therapeutic ally. By learning some new skills and understanding what the person needs and by being there for that person, we too can be therapeutic allies and support the people in our lives, to the best of our abilities.

For this we, under the guidance of renowned psychologist Ms. Aarti C Rajaratnam have compiled this resource to help all of us.

We all need help sometimes, maybe we could help someone too.

Since these are trying times for us all, we recognise that this workbook would be useful to everyone and are therefore providing it free.

However, this is also an initiative of ours to raise funds for causes that need financial aid and we would appreciate any and all support in this arena.
