Unwinding

A session to break free from what is stressing you out, to understand the purpose and need of unwinding. Sometimes work, eat, sleep woek, work work isn’t necessarily helpful. Join along and learn what self care is, how it can help us, and what holds us back from taking care of ourselves and how we can actively make it the norm

An interactive experience with two counseling psychologists where we explore what unwinding is to you, as a personal process, and learn some skills along the way. Not your average workshop or lecture. This is more self exploratory and self – understanding than us teaching you something. Because we all deserve to have a space where we feel understood, without judgements and to just be ourselves. Stress has become the norm, let’s break that chain and chart a course for our own healing and growth.

A circle that forms a safe space, allows conversation and exploration on what self care is, and how you can personally explore, based on the interaction and flow of the session.
