Knit A Tale is about people coming together for stories, to create them, to discuss them and bond over them.
Through ‘Knit Your Own Tale’ we are looking to take the same idea to support one another, to engage with one another over our own stories.
We all have a story, it is a part of us, it is truly ours, it is what makes us who we are.
In this support group, our focus is the journey of the group members and their mental health. It is a supportive atmosphere where we can have open discussions on different topics in every session and encourage our group members to be the authors of their own stories.
We believe, our stories connect us to one another. By supporting our stories, by supporting each other, we feel seen, we feel understood and we feel less lonely in this world.
We are a team of 2: Arva Dilawar and Neha Murali
We both are practicing Counselling Psychologists and mental health practitioners. We are also the team behind Knit A Tale, which is a shared story-writing platform.
